CHANDIGARH CWP-7077-2023 (O&M) Decided on :16.05.2024 MEER LAL . .petitioner
Versus
STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS . . . Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI PRESENT: None for the petitioner.
Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana.
**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) 1.
In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is for regularization of his services in terms of the regularization policy dated 01.10.2003 and 29.07.2011 copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-4, respectively.
2.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner had filed the civil suit claiming the benefit of regularization of his service which was dismissed, hence, the present petition is not admissible. 3.
Probably, keeping in view the reply filed by the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well as today, hence, it can be safely presumed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present remedy. 4.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
