CRM No.M-18059 of 2017(O&M) [2] 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Gurugram. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to a civil dispute between the real brothers of the complainant and petitioner No.1. The petitioners, it is submitted, have joined investigation pursuant to order dated 19.05.2017.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Rajesh, submits that a cancellation report in this case has been prepared on 17.07.2017 by SHO Vijay Kumar, Police Station Sadar, District Gurugram and the same is pending before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Gurugram for consideration. It is verified that the petitioners have since joined investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above but without commenting upon or expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Consequently, order dated 19.05.2017 is made absolute. ( LISA GILL ) July 26 , 2017.
