( 2 ) CRM-M-10066-2020(O&M) CRM-19488-2022 Keeping in view the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the main case is taken on board today itself. CRM-M-10066-2020 Mr. Vivek Singla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of complainant and undertakes to file power of attorney in the Registry during the course of the day. He further submits that parties have effected compromise in criminal complaint filed by the complainant against the petitioner under Section 138 NI Act. The counsel further submits that he is having no objection if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.196 dated 20.8.2018 registered under Section 174-A IPC at Police Station Civil Line, District Bathinda. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, AAG, accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on or before the next date of hearing fixed there and on his appearance, he is directed to be released on bail by the Court concerned subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the said Court. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
