The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 26.01.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 82 of Registration Act, at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.
Heard.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had identified Surinder Singh Sodhi before the Sub Registrar, who had impersonated as complainant Kapoor Singh.

CRM-M-18066-2017 -2No reason is made out to extend the benefit of pre-arrest bail in the above facts and circumstances of the case. The petitioner had made statutory authority to believe that person executing the document was in fact the real person and not an impersonator.
There is no merits in this petition.
