Mr. Ajay Pal Singh, Advocate, for the complainant. N.S.SHEKHAWAT, J. (Oral) The instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.07 dated 01.02.2024, registered under Section(s) 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City-2, Abohar, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.03.2024 passed this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 11.03.2024 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
