**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.0341 dated 24.11.2019 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur Notice of motion was issued on 31.03.2021 and arrest of the petitioner was also stayed on the plea of learned counsel for the petitioner that no role is attributed to the petitioner and the petitioner has been implicated on the ground of her being wife of Gurjant Singh, who has allegedly received an amount of AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.09.22 19:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.14338 of 2021 Rs.4,10,000/- in cash and amount of Rs.1,90,000/- through bank transfer. Anticipatory bail has also been declined on the basis of her past conduct. Thereafter, vide order dated 30.06.2021, petitioner was directed to join investigation along with interim anticipatory bail.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

This fact has been admitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar. Learned State counsel further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 03.07.2021 and she is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 30.06.2021 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
