In this Writ Petition, the petitioners assail Rule 12(3) of the HCS (Ex. Branch) & Other Allied Services Rules, 2008, insofar as the age relaxation beyond 45 years prescribed thereunder is not granted to in-service candidates who seek employment through direct recruitment in others posts covered by the said Rules. Petitioners have given representations Annexures P-4 to P-6 to respondent No.1 highlighting their grievances. Notice of motion.
