(ORAL ) On 17.1.2020, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that originally the matter was compromised but the payment has not been made and on instructions, had stated that two weeks time may be granted so that the petitioner may honour the agreement. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that still the payment has not been made but since the efforts are being made for RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.02.17 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
