Crl. Misc. No. M-14314 of 2021 (O&M) of order dated 18.08.2021. As per the opinion given by the Board of Doctors, which was constituted by the Civil Surgeon, Ludhiana, none of the ailments, from which the mother of the petitioner is stated to be suffering, requires hospitalization.

In the circumstances, no ground is made out to extend the concession of interim bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.

Main Case :

The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.0041 dated 09.06.2020 under Sections 304-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
