On the allegation that the complainant had been duped by selling the same plot by the petitioner to the third person, the petitioner has been in custody since 29.10.2015. Challan having already been presented, the petitioner can be granted the concession of bail. The petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court/ Duty Magistrate.
