(Oral) Quashing of F.I.R No. 8 dated 23.01.2015 u/ss 498-A/506/509 IPC, registered at P.S. Fatehgarh Churian, Distt. Batala is being sought. On notice, a reply has been filed by the State stating therein that on complaint/representation of Satpal Sharma, a fresh enquiry was conducted and the Enquiry Officer had joined both the parties and got recorded their statements and it was found that the main stress of the complainant is to get share in the landed property of her father-in-law and the allegations of harassment and dowry of demand were found to be false and cancellation of case was recommended. The enquiry report has further been approved by the then S.S.P Batala and cancellation report under Section 173 Cr.P.C has been prepared and the same will be presented in the learned trial Court shortly.

In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed in GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.27 14:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
