**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 208 dated 20.4.2016 registered at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 354, 452, 506 IPC, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody for the last three months and investigation is over and challan has been presented. He also states that the complaint is by the Sarpanch and allegations had been levelled under Section 323, 354, 452 IPC, Arms Act and SC/ST Act.

The allegations against the petitioner are that he was holding a country made pistol and had raised a lalkara and had given a butt blow on the head of the complainant and had used caste related words against the complainant's wife and tore her clothes. The investigation is over. The challan has been presented and the trial will take time.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
