The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of complainant.
State counsel informs that all the prosecution witnesses stand examined and the case is at defence evidence stage, two defence witnesses havving already been examined.
In view of the above, it will be not appropriate for this court to decide this petition touching the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the right of the petitioner or the prosecution agency, in any manner. Since the petitioner is a lady, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of one month after the receipt of copy of this order, excluding the period of vacation.
