HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.864 dated 31.12.2018 under Sections 147,148,149,448,457,506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S Mujesar District Faridabad to some other independent investigating agency or to some penal comprising of higher rank officers. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the FIR has been registered on the complaint made by the petitioner, however, no investigation as yet is in progress with this regard. On the other hand, the petitioner is being repeatedly called to the Police Station and pressurized to compromise the matter. In this respect, a representation dated 24.1.2019 (P.2) has also been submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.

2Commissioner of Police, Faridabad. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.2) dated 24.1.2019 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
