RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.02, dated 13.01.2023, under Sections 451, 323, 379, 160, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Kathu Nangal, Amritsar.
After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Competent authority/Court.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an application for bail, the Court concerned is directed to deal with his application and decide the same on merit expeditiously, in accordance with law.
