(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.478 dated 26.11.2017, under Sections 498-A, 506, 406, 34 and 377 IPC, Police Station Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (P-1) and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including order dated 01.03.2018 (P-3).

Heard.

The matter requires appreciation of evidence. Therefore, the impugned FIR cannot be quashed in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

In the fitness of things, petitioner is relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition. Disposed of.
