Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, there is written request for adjournment circulated on behalf of learned counsel for respondents No. 4 & 5, but he has insturctions from the petitioner that he will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the representation dated 25.02.2024 (Annexure P-4) by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 2.

The said prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is very fair, hence, respondents are hereby directed that in case, the representation dated 25.02.2024 (Annexure P-4) has been received from the petitioner in the RIYA 2025.05.23 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-6488-2024 (O&M) office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to him, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order the said reasons will also be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action. 3.

The present petition is disposed of by keeping all the issues open as no opinion on merit is being expressed by this Court while passing the present order recorded here-in-above.
