(Oral) Petitioner has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 16.3.2022 (Annexure P-1). Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.
