Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to implement the order dated 30.07.2019 (P-3) vide which the petitioner was transferred from Government Elementary School, Gajjar to Government Elementary School, Manan, Block Hoshiarpur.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the legal notice dated 18.09.2021 (P-4) is decided expeditiously.
