The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.29 dated 30.4.2023, under Sections 15 ( C), 25, 29 of NDPS Act and Section 473 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Jhunir, District Mansa, Punjab. 2.

After arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, however, submits that since all the material witnesses have been examined, direction be issued to expedite the trial.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the trial Court shall make earnest effort to expedite the trial.
