Prayer made in the present petitions is for rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of higher pay scale on completion of 4 years of service. 2.

Learned State counsel, while referring to the preliminary objection of the written statement dated 20.01.2004 filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3, states that as per the instructions dated 17.04.2000, an employee was required to obtain more than 50% ACRs as 'Good' or above, which criteria the petitioner did not meet, to which there was no rebuttal by filing any replication.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises. 4.
