" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.93 dated 13.06.2013 registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur under Sections 341/324/323/506/148/149 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
