Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the officials respondents to provide adequate security to the petitioner who it is stated apprehends danger to his life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this respect representation dated 14.01.2022 (Annexure P5) was submitted by the petitioner before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana but to no avail. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts the prayer for a decision on representation dated 14.01.2022 (Annexure P5), submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
