The defendant, in a suit for recovery of 13,45,000/-, assails ₹ the correctness of the order passed by the learned trial Court permitting the plaintiff to examine the Handwriting and Fingerprint Expert by way of additional evidence. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has executed an agreement to sell in her favour. Whereas the defendant took a stand that there was some other agreement dated 30.05.2011 between the parties. When the defendant appeared in evidence, he denied his signatures on the agreement in question. The defendant has further stated that he has no objection if his signatures are examined by the Handwriting and Fingerprint Expert.
