Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the application praying for vacation of the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 10.08.2022 in CWP-17624-2022 titled as "Saji Pillai Vs. DAV Managing Committee & Others" (Annexure P1), has been filed by the respondents wherein the writ petitioners have undertaken not to press the present Contempt Petition till the decision is taken by the Writ Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 3.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be issued in the matter. Present petition accordingly stands disposed of.
