(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mem Singh, Police Station City Yamuna Nagar has made statement that the trial in case bearing FIR No. 73 dated 19.2.2008 (Annexure P/2) has since been accomplished and is fixed for final adjudication today. Faced with the aforesaid situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with permission to rake up all the pleas available before the trial court. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, this order shall not prejudice the trial court in its final judgment.
