( Oral ) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has today put in appearance and has instructions to say that the complainant aggrieved party is not interested in compromise because of the breach of terms of the compromise. Given above, the petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner has also prayed for quashing of Annexure P-11 vide which he had been declared proclaimed offender.
In view of the above the liberty is reserved to file another petition for quashing of proclamation orders and disposal of the present petition will not come in the way in case the petitioner chooses to file the said petition.
