For the reasons mentioned in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, same is allowed. District Mining Officer, Jalandhar, is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.4 in the main petition. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar and respondent No.4 - District Mining Officer, Jalandhar, are directed to look into representations dated 23.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) and dated 12.05.2018 (Annexure P-2), respectively, moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar and respondent No.4 - District Mining Officer, Jalandhar, to look into representations dated 23.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) and dated 12.05.2018 (Annexure P-2), respectively, and decide the same after hearing the petitioner by passing speaking orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
