Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to handover the investigation of the case FIR No.525 dated 10.11.2022 under Sections 323, 376, 406, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station, Hodel, District Palwal (Annexure P-1) to some senior police official or Crime Branch, Chandigarh, as even after passing about four months, the police has not taken any action against the accused named in the FIR.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/ASI Renu, has submitted that investigation in the case is complete, and allegations pertaining to offences under Sections 376 and 34 IPC have been found to be false. Challan is ready to be filed against respondent No.4, which shall be presented in Court shortly.
