Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate who has already been supplied advance copy of the petition accepts notice on behalf of the respondents -Bank. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, petitioners have already submitted a representation, Annexure P-26. Petitioners shall be satisfied if a decision is taken thereon at the earliest. Learned counsel representing the respondents-Bank submits that representation shall be considered and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of two weeks. Copy of the order shall be conveyed to the petitioners.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary at this stage. Disposed off.
