Petitioner has prayed for transfer of investigation of FIR No. 146 dated 04.06.2014 registered at police station City, Khanna to an independent agency. Admittedly, cancellation report was not accepted by trial court and further investigation has been ordered. Under the circumstances, this court does not find it a fit case to interfere at this stage. Dismissed.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action arises.
