*** MANOJ BAJAJ , J.(ORAL) Complainant-Charanjit had filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation (Annexure P-2) requesting for enquiry of the case pertaining to FIR No.27 dated 11.02.2018 and with a request to arrest Ashok Sethi and his son Aman Sethi.
In response to the notice issued on 07.05.2018, the status report by way of affidavit of Anil Kumar Kohli PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Hoshiarpur has been filed.
