(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.63 dated 20.10.2018, registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, at Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 10.01.2019 (P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 11.03.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 26.03.2019 along with receipts of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fazilka, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.127 dated 29.03.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Fazilka, vide Endst. CRM-M-11065 of 2019 --2-- According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fazilka, is satisfied that the compromise effected between the parties is voluntarily, without any duress, coercion or threat of any kind. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fazilka, dated 29.03.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.63 dated 20.10.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Disposed of accordingly.
