(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has got the instructions to say that petitioners are very much ready and willing to pay the entire loan amount to the respondent-Bank. He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again by filing a similar petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the impugned FIR, after paying the entire loan amount Permission is granted.
