(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.22 dated 07.05.2016, registered at Police Station Women, District Bathinda, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 09.11.2016, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre to enable the parties to resolve the disputes. As per report of the mediator dated 09.03.2017, the parties have settled their disputes by way of amicable Naresh Kumar 2017.03.16 09:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh settlement/compromise dated 09.03.2017.
CRM-M-19124-2016 -2In view of the above-said fact, order dated 30.05.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
