Learned counsel for the petitioner could not rebut the submission of learned State counsel but has argued that the petitioner was employee of Balwinder Singh and all the fraud was done by Balwinder Singh.
Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances and that land of the person has been sold by way of fraud and the petitioner actively associated with Balwinder Singh, co-accused in committing fraud, I find no merits in this petition and the same is dismissed.
