SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.146 dated 17.08.2025, under Sections 109, 308(4), 351(2), 125 and 111 of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Ghuman, Batala, District Gurdaspur.
