Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 52 dated 17.3.2016, registered under Section(s) 307, 302 & 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly contended that coaccused Pritam Kaur has already been released on pre-arrest bail as per order dated 6.4.2017, passed by this Court in CRM-M-10542-2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner also raised a plea that subsequently, Kulwinder Singh and Narang Singh tendered affidavits that petitioner-Shinder Kaur was not present at the spot.

Having considered the fact that dying declaration made by deceased Paramjit Kaur is on the point that present petitioner Shinder Kaur Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.07.31 15:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-18226 of 2017 poured kerosene oil and lit the fire and as a result of burn injuries, she died. No case is made out for releasing the petitioner on pre-arrest bail and thus, the present petition stands dismissed.
