(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the orders dated 11-03-2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dabwali, District Sirsa and order dated 01-12-2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Court of Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Sirsa District Sirsa whereby both the Courts dismissed the complaint qua the respondents no. 1 to 5 as accused in the complaint filed by the petitioner under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 504, 506, 34 IPC and the respondent no. 6 is summoned only for the offence under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC with a further prayer that the respondents no. 1 to 5 may kindly be ordered to be summoned and tried before the court of Ld. Magistrate Dabwali, District Sirsa and respondent no. 6 may kindly be summoned and tried under Sections 323, 406 and 504 IPC.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties.
