Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.252 dated 24.9.2025 under Sections 109, 333, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 238 of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural.
