The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of final result dated 04.03.2019 (Annexure P-7) to the extent their names were not included in the select list.

Petitioners No. 1 and 3-Ankit Mangal and Kapil respectively are claiming that their petition may be disposed of in terms of judgment dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Court in a bunch of petitions including CWP No. 6184 of 2019, titled as "Mukul Poonia vs. State of Haryana and PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2025.07.29 05:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No. 6186-2019(O&M) -2- others".

This Court in Mukul Poonia (Supra) has declared answer of one particular question opted by Recruitment Board 'incorrect'. The respondent has been directed to revise result considering correct answer. 4.
Mr. Shashank Bhandari, Addl. A.G. Haryana expressed his inability to controvert the fact that petitioners are part of same advertisement which was in question in Mukul Poonia (Supra). 5.
The respondent during the pendency of instant petition has revised result of petitioner No. 2- Rishi. He has joined service, thus, his grievance stands redressed.

The petition qua petitioners No. 1 and 3 stands disposed of in terms of Mukul Poonia (Supra).
