This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 30 dated 16.03.2015 under Sections 15/27A,61,85 of NDPS at Police Station Odhan, Tehsil & district Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated May 29, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 29, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
