(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.11.2014 (Annexure P-1) and also issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to send the service record of the petitioner to respondent No.3 so that the petitioner can avail the pensionary benefits in old Pension-cum-GPF scheme.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered as infructuous.
