Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has married Kulwinder Kaur, who is mother of respondent No.5. Now, respondent No.5 and his wife Rupinder Kaur-respondent No.6 are pressing the petitioner, who is 67 years old, to have share in his property and posing threats to his life and liberty. To this effect, representation (Annexure p-6) has been made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the relief claimed in the petition only to the extent that Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur may be directed to look into the representation (Annexure P-6) and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to look into the representation (Annexure P-6) made by petitioner, verify the allegations and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
