Tarn Taran, submits that during pendency of the present petition, investigation has been completed and report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. has already been presented to the learned court of competent jurisdiction, rendering the present petition as infructuous. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that let the present petition be disposed of, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State.
