Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has been in custody since 13.11.2022. 2.

This is the 3rd petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail under Section 439 CrPC, however, a perusal of the paper-book reveals that the present petition has been mentioned as the 2nd petition for grant of regular bail.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
