(ORAL) The appellant has preferred the present appeal against the order dated 18.12.2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Special Court for the offence under POCSO Act, 2012), Gurugram, dismissing the application filed by the appellant for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 38 dated 05.02.2022, registered under Sections 376-A, 376-B IPC; Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(v)(va) of the of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 20.03.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the appellant has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 02 years, 01 month RISHU KATARIA 2024.03.21 19:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
