(ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in FIR No. No. 318 dated 4.9.2013 under Sections 366-A/376-D/368/506/120-B IPC and Sections 4 and 13 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Palwal, Haryana. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to apply for anticipatory bail before the learned courts of Sessions, at the first instance. Permission is granted.
