**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 11.01.2023 (Annexure P3) passed by respondent No.2, vide which the petitioner has been transferred to some other place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has moved representations dated 12.01.2023 and 03.02.2023 (Annexures P-4 and P-6), but the same have not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representations in a time bound manner.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel is allowed.
