**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to mark an enquiry in case FIR No.15 dated 16.03.2018 registered at Police Station City Ahmedgarh under Section 20 of NDPS Act.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh, P.S. City Ahmedgarh submits that trial arising out of aforementioned FIR already stands concluded resulting into conviction of accused thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
